Product introduction

This 780 nm high-power laser bar uses a conduction-cooled single-bar design and advanced epitaxial processes to deliver high efficiency, long service life and high reliability. The 100 W variant doubles optical output over the 50 W bar by widening the array to 47 emitters at a 50% fill factor, and supports both continuous-wave (CW) and quasi-continuous-wave (QCW) operation for research instrumentation and industrial equipment alike.
