Product introduction

This 808 nm high-power laser bar uses advanced quantum-well epitaxial growth with an optimised conduction-cooled package. The 300 W variant is the highest-power bar in the family, packing 62 emitters at a 66% fill factor to reach 300 W of quasi-continuous output at 250 A drive. It targets the most demanding high-power pumping and industrial processing applications where energy density is the limiting factor.
