Product introduction

This 905 nm four-junction pulsed laser chip stacks four active regions vertically, delivering roughly four times the peak pulse power of a conventional single-junction chip from a very small emitting area. High power density, high conversion efficiency, nanosecond response and excellent high-temperature stability make it widely applicable in automotive ToF LiDAR and industrial automation sensing.
