Product introduction

Using type-II superlattice (T2SL) high-operating-temperature (HOT) chip technology with an ultra-compact cooling assembly, this detector lifts chip operating temperature to 140 K and breaks past the constraints of conventional cooled infrared detectors. Cooldown completes in ≤2 min, steady-state draw falls to ≤3 W, and the complete assembly including controller weighs only ≤270 g — purpose-built for portable handheld terminals, lightweight UAV payloads and automotive night vision in strictly civil applications.
