01 / Product introduction

Product introduction

Driven by a brushless DC motor on the Stirling reverse cycle, this cooler integrates compressor and expander within a single body. The rotary integrated layout removes the transfer line of split designs, cutting dead volume and cooling loss to deliver higher Carnot efficiency, smaller size and weight, and rapid cooldown. It is built for portable infrared gas detectors, handheld industrial thermal cameras, laboratory spectral analysis and medical superconducting equipment in strictly civil applications.

02 / Core application scenarios

Core application scenarios

01
Portable gas imaging and oil-and-gas inspectionHandheld explosion-proof OGI leak detectors, VOC inspection rounds and rapid screening of long-distance pipelines.
02
Power and high-end industrial inspectionPortable thermal-fault detectors for substations, and cold-source matching for industrial kilns and high-precision thermal cameras.
03
Laboratory research and precision instrumentsHigh-sensitivity infrared spectrometers, sample cooling for low-temperature physics, and cooling for medical superconducting and cryogenic optical sensors.
04
Civil UAVs and unmanned systemsLightweight electro-optical gimbals, high-altitude forest-fire patrol payloads and infrared sensing cores for search-and-rescue UAVs.

03 / Core advantages

Core advantages

01
High thermal efficiencyThe integrated compact design shortens the gas path and reduces energy loss, holding steady-state consumption to ≤6 W and extending battery runtime on portable equipment.
02
Compact and light (SWaP-C)A ≤270 g cooler with a ≤20 g controller in a ≤67 × 47 × 96 mm envelope integrates readily into space-constrained handhelds and electro-optical gimbals.
03
Fast cooldownHigh cooling power density brings the detector cold head down to 77 K in <5 min, with >400 mW of cooling capacity at 77 K.
04
Smooth running, tightly integratedOptimised closed-loop drive control and a balanced structure keep vibration and noise low, with sealed high-purity helium eliminating refrigerant-leak risk and ±0.3 K temperature stability over an 8000 h MTTF.
