This 905 nm six-junction pulsed laser chip uses six vertically stacked active regions with a tunnel-junction structure, reaching 240 W of peak pulse power from a very small emitting area. Exceptional optical power density, nanosecond response, high conversion efficiency and high-temperature stability make it the core source for long-range automotive ToF LiDAR and high-end industrial sensing systems.
