Product introduction

This 2330 nm DFB (distributed feedback) semiconductor laser is built on advanced antimonide (GaSb) compound-semiconductor epitaxy with single-longitudinal-mode grating feedback. Its centre wavelength matches the near-infrared absorption band of the carbon monoxide (CO) molecule, and it offers high spectral purity, very narrow linewidth and excellent current and temperature tuning — an ideal source for high-precision TDLAS gas detection systems.
