Product introduction

Built on a type-II superlattice (T2SL) 130 K high-operating-temperature MWIR detector with a miniature Stirling cooler and an ultra-light processing board, this core optimises size, weight, power and cost together. The raised chip operating temperature sharply reduces the cooling burden, bringing cooldown to ≤4 min and steady-state draw to ≤13 W in a 330 g body — purpose-built for handheld thermal cameras, lightweight UAV electro-optical gimbals and automotive night-vision systems in strictly civil applications.
